Errico Violante started as a butchers apprentice at the age of 14 in a small town outside of Naples, Italy. Days that started on a local farm, before school, and ended in the local butcher shop, after school, was the way he learned an age old trade rich in tradition and pride. Almost 20 years, and 3000 miles, later he realized a dream of opening a store of his own. Forty years later Violante Family continues the family tradition by delivering high quality products.
